An oil on canvas with a brown/ocre background, as I’ve been wanting to do for some time. Natural shades that already remind us of wood, for a hand-carved subject that brings great presence and warmth.
A shamanic object that gives protection and strength, because the Shamanic tradition inspires me and touches me a lot. Their symbolism and the way they touch the spirit world seems to me to be full of logic and simplicity. A universe that touches me particularly and that I wanted to represent in painting.
